Green Initiatives

FloWater Refill Stations: FloWater uses 7x advanced water purification to create naturally pure and hydrating clean water. Reusable bottles are located next to each station on the 3rd and 4th floors to reduce the use of single use cups.
Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI): Our NBPI system works to provide safer indoor air quality in all our public spaces by eliminating airborne particulates, odors, and pathogens. While cleaning the air, the system also saves us energy consumption and lowers our carbon footprint by reducing outdoor air intake.
