Our Spa Coordinators will assist you in planning services to suit your needs and interests. We suggest making spa reservations for services at least two weeks in advance to assure preferred times and accommodate staff preferences. Spa packages and multiple guests are advised to plan four to six weeks in advance. At the time of your reservation, please have a credit card or Gift Certificate/Gift Card number available. All reservations must be accompanied by a credit card or Gift Certificate/Gift Card.

Cancellation policy
Because spa treatments are reserved especially for you, we require at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling, changing or rescheduling an appointment. Multiple guest appointments require at least 72 hours advance notice when canceling, changing, or rescheduling appointments. Any cancellations or changes without adequate notice will be charged at full value to your credit card or Gift Certificate/Gift Card.

Late arrival policy
As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically cancelled ten minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Check-in information
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your reservation to complete treatment medical intake forms and allow ample time to change into spa attire. Reservation times are the actual treatment commencement time. Valet parking is available.

Preparation for your spa visit
The spa treatment is your experience; and our first consideration is your personal comfort and relaxation.

For your comfort, we supply robes and sandals for use during your spa visit. A locker or locked garment bag is provided for your personal belongings. We ask that you remove all jewelry prior to any treatment. However, we do recommend leaving valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles, including clothing and accessories.

Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We thank you in advance for turning off all cellular phones and pagers and for leaving your children at home.

Additional tips to assure you enjoy your spa experience to the fullest:
  • For your comfort, please wear loose fitting clothing for all pedicure services.
  • We recommend bringing a pair of flip flops to wear home after your pedicure service.
  • We recommend bringing a change of dark clothing to wear home after a body bronzing service as tanning emulsion may stain clothing.
  • Undergarments are required for leg and bikini services. We supply disposable undergarments for your convenience.
  • A swimsuit is required for all hydrotherapy treatments. The spa does not supply this item.
Treatment Requirements
The minimum age is 18 years with identification. Guest under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Please inform our Spa Coordinator of any special medical or physical needs, conditions or considerations. Certain medical conditions may require you to obtain a Physician's written authorization before treatments and services can be provided. We regret that we can not perform waxing services on anyone taking Accutane, Retin-A, or Antibiotics due to the sensitivity these prescriptions cause to the skin. Please allow 24 hours after waxing services before sunbathing, using a tanning bed, or swimming. Hair must be at least 1/8 of an inch in length or three to four weeks growth for waxing services.

Return Policy We will gladly accept retail merchandise for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in salable condition and accompanied by a receipt. Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable; and we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen Gift Certificates/Gift Cards.

Gratuities We are committed to providing superior service to our clients. Our prices do not include gratuity. The staff may accept gratuities solely at your discretion.

Gift Cards Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, energy and beauty to the special people in your life. They are ideal for any occasion, and may be purchased at the Spa Front Desk, on-line or by phone 425.803.9000.

Spa Parties and Corporate Getaways We are pleased to offer personalized spa services for wedding parties, anniversaries, corporate packages, and other special events. We would be delighted to customize a spa program to meet your desires. An 18% gratuity charge will be required for group reservations.
