Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatment?
Our male and female therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets
discreetly over any areas of your body not involved in the treatment and
to protect your privacy at all times. For you comfort, we supply disposable
undergarments; however, if you prefer a bathing suit may be worn.
Is there anything I should avoid doing prior to a spa treatment?
We recommend that you do not eat one hour prior to receiving massage or
a body treatment. Alcoholic beverages should not be consumed before any
spa treatment. We ask that you do not shave your legs or underarms 24
hours prior to receiving a body treatment.
Should I alert someone if I have any physical ailments, disabilities,
or allergies?
Yes. We specifically need to know if you have heart conditions or high
blood pressure, suffer from allergies, are under the care of a physician for
cancer or any major medical illness, are diabetic, or are pregnant. Many
services can be performed; however, for your well-being certain restrictions
may apply. Consult your Physician prior to receiving treatments and please
advise our staff.
May I ask my spa practitioner to make adjustments for my comfort?
Your feedback is essential in providing you with the best service possible.
After all, this is your time to thoroughly relax and totally recharge! We
encourage you to communicate with the staff regarding room temperature,
pressure, or technique etc...
How early should I arrive for my treatment?
Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your reservation. Be reminded that
your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time. Your
treatment will end as scheduled, so that the next guest may begin on time.
