The room may be used in its entirety for large events or divided in three sections for more intimate functions or breakout sessions.

Marina Room

This distinctive banquet room is ideal for receptions, social functions, daytime meetings or dinners. Located across the Plaza from the hotel, the room offers an impressive view of Carillon Point's stately marina through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Entertaining on the outside terrace, during appropriate seasons, is always an option. The event and meeting facilities at the Woodmark Hotel offers a wide array of choices.

Olympic Terrace Tent
(Seasonal - April thru October)

The Seattle skyline makes a beautiful backdrop for outdoor events and the Olympic Terrace is the ideal event facility for luncheons, dinners, receptions and festive gatherings for up to 200 people. All of the necessary comforts for seasonal outdoor entertaining in the Northwest have been designed in the elegant canopied tent. During inclement weather, heaters and transparent wall panels are provided allowing guests to enjoy the view of Lake Washington and the Olympic Mountains.

Need meeting space for a business meeting or function in the Seattle WA area? Consider holding a private dinner, strategic planning session or executive meeting in these boardrooms which feature expansive views and direct lakeside terrace access. Each is beautifully appointed with a television, video cassette player, screen, whiteboard, cordless / speaker telephone and built-in wet bar with refrigerator. The Vashon and Bainbridge feature a permanent Italian marble-top table and leather swivel chairs. The Mercer room may be arranged to your preference of business or entertainment settings.
